At the initiative of the Austrian Commission for UNESCO, in collaboration with the Federal Chancellery, successful projects and measures in the Austrian World Heritage sites are presented as examples of good practice each year in celebration of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 (EYCH). The intention of this endeavour is to create a pool of innovative projects – an inspiration for all World Heritage sites!
INVOLVEMENT – SUSTAINABILITY – PROTECTION – INNOVATION
Project aim: Children should be presented with easily accessible information about the UNESCO World Heritage of Graz and World Heritage as a concept should be explained to them, drawing attention to the need to preserve World Heritage. This should motivate future generations to set up funds and strategies for preserving World Heritage.
